This paper introduces a nondestructive testing technology-GPR, it for the successfuldevelopment of the highways, tunnels, Bridges of disease detection and evaluation with avery useful tool. It is through the antenna to the underground launch high frequencyelectromagnetic wave, and by receiving the echoes, analysis of underground echocharacteristics to understand the status of the subsurface layer.In the actual situation of ground penetrating radar signal acquisition get often contain alot of noise, these interference with radar signals aliasing together make originally moresmooth signal generates a lot of peak or mutation of the non stationary components. So forthe collected signal first to remove these interference pretreatment composition, howeversome classical method for ground penetrating radar mutations or some of the peak in thenon-stationary signal de-noising result and not very ideal, and wavelet transformmultiresolution methods, it overcomes the existing in the traditional method oftime-frequency analysis of the poor quality of local ability, can be a very good signal to theinterference distinguished reach good denoising effect.Based on the basic principle of GPR provides a brief introduction, the wavelet analysis,KL transform, median filtering of principle, analyzes the type WGPR ground-penetratingradar data read interface and the data format; In traditional wavelet soft and hard thresholdingfunction shortcomings introduces a kind of improved threshold function, at the same time,more detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of several threshold. Combiningwith wavelet analysis, KL transform, median filtering on wavelet threshold denoising methodwas improved, and the denoising method combined with wavelet threshold method forcomparison, the simulation results show that after denoising method is better than thecombined wavelet threshold method. In this paper the joint denoising method applied in GPRsignal processing, and obtain good results can effectively remove the noise in signal whileretaining the effective information radar signal improved signal-to-noise ratio.
