In the industry today, the induction heating power is moving in the development ofhigh-power, intelligent direction, and as an important part of the rectifier links responsible forimportant functions to provide stable and sufficient power for the subsequent power inverter.High-power induction heating industrial systems require increasingly strong premise, on the therectification power system rectifier circuit (rectifier cabinet finishing module) parallel togetherto provide. Traditional practices used simple rectifier circuit connected in parallel to provide DCconstant current imbalance caused by some branch output current, the output current is verysmall and some slip, so that the entire system is seriously not balance. So for the average flowproblem to propose new solutions, in order to ensure the normal operation of the system.Intelligent trend system in today’s industrial operation greatly simplifies the difficulty of thecontrol, and significantly improve the efficiency of the system is running, so the use of advancedtechnology control the entire system is very convenient, more accurate technology, but also moreand more attention.Based on DSP chip TMS320F28335processor as the core of the control system, set up theCAN LAN as main platform of information and communication between the controller, fromhardware to ensure the possibility of multi-tasking real-time processing. Industrial RS-485bus asconnected industrial touch screen and various control core of the bridge, can real-time display thecurrent system is running various parameters, and through the touch screen in real time to thecurrent system to run the The parameters to be modified to artificially change the current systemoperating status. In addition the subject acquisition three-phase voltage zero-crossing signal, therectifier output voltage and current signals, constitute a double closed loop system to takeintelligent flow algorithm, the parallel rectifier branch output current, in order to ensure thesystem is operating normally.
