Since the17th National Congress of the CPC, China’s cultural system reform hasbeen deepened further with non political newspapers gradually becoming enterprises.Beijing times and the Being News are two city newspapers which occupies the market thehighest rate in Beijing now. The both once worked for the central party newspaper’s report.It is the two reports’ change to Beijing municipal Party committee in charge of the host in2011September at the same time that fulfills its central on deepening the reform of theimportant initiatives. Later, their development and future attract attention on the industryas well as the general public concern. This paper takes the livelihood of the people newstopic as the main research object. According to the two report of news of people’slivelihood topics for content analysis, and strive to reflect the non political newspapers inculture system reform deepening, the most common people pays close attention to thelivelihood of the people news topic changes and trends, as well as in the change of somemicroscopic image.This paper adopts the method of content analysis, with two reported change in2011Sep charge units as a dividing line, using the method of stratified sampling, extractionchange the first week of each month in the newspaper before and after the six month(except September). A total of168as the research object, through the method of contentanalysis, on the change before and after the livelihood of the people news topics forquantitative research and qualitative analysis, through to the livelihood of the people newstopics overall volume changes, changes in the subject, reported tone analysis, on thechange before and after the two newspaper, People’s livelihood news topic to make aprediction, observation of cultural system reform under the influence of politicalnewspapers, analyzing the reason that its change and significance.During the analysis, the author discoveries some changes that the two newspapers in the livelihood of the people news topic gradually incline to is consistent and analysis theformation reason and the significance on the trend in the reform of the culturalmanagement system.
