Design And Implementation Of The Technology Projects Pre-evaluation System

This thesis takes the actual work as a starting point and from pre-studyassessment of the significance of how the assessment of domestic and internationalstandards, as well as pre-research assessment exercise carried out based on thesestatements. The pre-research evaluation of computing systems design anddevelopment of practical significance was analyzed. A description of the pre-researchto assess the demand computing system was launched, the system overall frameworkdesign, and some important system module has been designed to study how topre-study assessment of the operating processes and software design combining.The development of the computing system of project evaluation is a projectassessment of cognitive improves with the increase of the assessment experience andcontinuous improvement process. System requires continuous improvement, and morereserved for the module development, expansion and rich applications. The systemcombines the Provincial Public Security Department of Science and TechnologyPre-research project. According to the actual needs of the sector, the needs analysis,system design, system development and final system testing and deployment weremade. A more systematic, detailed, objective evaluation index system for differenttypes at different stages of pre-research project was developed. A set of key nodes onthe pre-study evaluation in the life cycle and easy to operate, verifiable evaluationmodel was established. The life cycle of the main line, the overall model of thepre-research project evaluation, closely co-ordinated were taken to make before andafter the four evaluation phases constitute an evaluation chain.In the process of system design and development of this writing, the thesis workon the project evaluation and cognitive further deepened, a deeper understanding ofthe industry-standard, improve their knowledge architecture for future projectevaluation benefit great deal.
