Research On Emergency Platform Construction And Resource Application Of Tianjin Public Security System

Tianjin, the developing large city, as the rapid growth of economic society, city construction and opening up of Binhai New Area, various types of crime、public safety emergencies have occurred from time to time. For the public safety and the health, coordinated and sustainable development of economy, to establish a perfect public security emergency platform has become an urgent need of the leadership of Public Security Bureau Command Center.This article analyzes the requirements of emergency platform construction and resource application of Tianjin public security system. This article is based on in-depth study of the related technologies and all kinds of existing resources of the3rd Generation of110.Though the integration and comprehensive utilization of the basic data resources of police, all kinds of social data resources, the emergency resources of police and the video data resources of police, this article constructs Tianjin Public Security Emergency Command and Control platform. It uses the technologies such as JavaScript, ASP.net and Ajax to design and implementation.First of all, this article introduces the current development of the Tianjin public security emergency response system, the further demand for the integration of resources. It analyzes the key technologies that is needed in this research.Then, the article introduces the design concept and the design principles, gives the overall framework of the system. At last, it gives the methods that how to use the various resources and how to program the software.This platform can provide the emergency response personnel, the emergency vehicles, the emergency resources, the emergency plans, the videos and the surroundings for public security organs in case of emergency response. It can provide comprehensive and rapid emergency support for decision-making and emergency command of leadership.
