Along with the development of medical science and technology progress, the demands forchecking the equipment during the clinical diagnosis is higher and higher, and the needs for nodamage, low cost, simple operation are increasing. All of these have got the superiority ofultrasound inspection deeply reflecting. Especially the rapid development of computertechnology, promotes the progress of technology of ultrasonic diagnosis further. Among them,B-ultrasonic diagnosis is an economic, practical and scatheless inspection and has the merit ofextensive adaptability and so on.The paper first introduces emphatically the development background and current situation,the research significance of B-ultrasonic diagnosis technology and apparatus. The researchcontent and the structure of the paper are also involved in the first part. Secondly, it mentions thedesign principle and system framework. Then it refers to the B-ultrasound diagnosis instrumentsoftware functional requirements, and preliminarily divides the system modules.The paper focuses on the part of the digital B-ultrasound diagnosis instrument softwaredesign and implementation. According to the system demand analysis, it gradually deepens theunderstanding of the function module division and the cross correlation among the function.Combining object-oriented design method with the function and operation, designs and initiallycompletes system modules, system settings, image display and regulation, mark, measurement,calculation and diagnosis report module included. Due to patient information managementneeds for ultrasonic diagnostic instruments, introduces the ER model of the system databaseand concrete form structure design in detail. In addition, based on the..NET frameworkplatform and database access technology, the system completes the functions of the specificmodule coding work step by step. Parts of the realization are also related to gestational age,fetal weight, cardiac index and medical knowledge. Finally, sum up the work in the software development process, point out insufficiency ofthe digital B-ultrasound diagnosis instrument system, and to make the follow-up systemdeveloping perfectly, perform a preliminary analysis and prospect.
