At present, media information delivering in urban bus television system can be divided into two modes:terrestrial digital transmission mode and local storage mode. In local storage mode, media terminal will repeatedly broadcast advertisement programs as a television system which stores programs in local device. How to update the media information such as advertisement programs in high speed and how to acquire the massive statistical data about the programs are two key technical problems which should be resolved in this local storage mode. Therefore, a system which should be designed to transmit updating data to terminals and obtain statistical files from the terminals is of great practical value in urban bus television system.In such business demand, this paper describes a data updating system of the bus system which implements the function referred in the last paragraph and improves the software performances and efficiency of the system. The key technical points which will be used to implement the system are how to design the network topology of the system, how to design the updating schema of the system, how to design the updating system which can supply high concurrent connections, how to apply a scheduling strategy in data updating to improve updating efficiency. After a depth study of the issues mentioned above, the main conclusions of this paper are listed as below:Firstly, according the business needs of the updating system, designed a logic structure with front-end load balance to distribute server network address, back-end base station server to accomplish the updating assignment, and designed two update mode, base infrastructural updating mode, and peer updating mode.Secondly, applied ACE REACTOR framework to build system network framework which based on events separating, constructed all the modules of the base station server to accomplish the base station server design and implementation.Thirdly, applied ERLANG programming language to accomplish the load balance design and implementation, accomplished the network address forwarding, and updating scheduling optimization. Fourthly, utilized ant colony algorithm to the updating scheduling strategy, constructed the algorithm on the basis of establishing the appropriate mathematical model of the updating strategy. The experiments show, the optimized updating strategy will acquire a higher efficiency of the updating.Finally, it briefly summarized the whole thesis, and proposed some suggestions to the further research.
