The technology of space polarization encoding is through of laser polarization for modulation, the different position of elliptic polarized light will have different ellipse, then the beam carry location information. Location information in space is two-dimensional, which need the horizontal and vertical are all identify, in space decoding the synchronicity of the two direction signal is the difficulty in the technology.The main content of this paper is the space laser polarization coding techniques, through the study of polarization encoding device and the introduction of space laser polarization encoding system components and design principles, I design a lithium niobate crystal modulation and coding unit based on the photoelectric effect of. Paper based on the design features of the spatial polarization encoding system, combined with the basic principle of signal processing, in combination with space polarization decoding technology, by the modulation and demodulation of polarization encoded signal, achieving polarized light to carry the location information needed to achieve a two-dimensional polarization encoding signal decoding. From the practical considerations, I make the design and production of the polarization receiver hardware and software. Under laboratory conditions, the receiver circuit is optimized. Through the analysis of experimental data,The paper verified the feasibility of the subject of spatial polarization encoding scheme,got the experimental data consistent with theoretical values, and errors are analyzed.
