Design And Implementation Of Local Government’s Internet-Mediated Public Sentiment Collecting And Analysis System On The Basis Of BBS

. Internet-Mediated Public Sentiment means the public opinions or speeches about hot points on the Internet, which contains public attitude towards governments. Internet-Mediated Public Sentiment about goverments is more and more important to be acquired and controlled by the governments in information Age.This thesis describes the Design and implementation of local government’s Internet-Mediated public sentiment collecting and analysis system on the basis of BBS. It introduces development background and tools, then it shows the general planning of this system, and how this analysis system be designed and structured, including collecting module that is based on regular expression and multithreading WEB spider technology, and analysis module which uses Chinese Word Segmentation technology. Then this thesis demonstrates how the system works, and summarizes. Disadvantages in developing and some estimated resolutions are given in the end.The experimental result testifies that this system reaches a high efficiency in collecting Internet-Mediated public sentiment about governments, and gives analysis to an extent.
