As fluid machinery having the function of medium transmission and flow control,the metering pump has become the core equipment in the modernization processindustry. As a member of it the diaphragm metering pump has reasonable structuredesign, no leakage. And it has a excellent performances of pressure resistance, wearresistance and corrosion resistance, hence, many customers are in favour of using it.With the development of society, the traditional metering pump control exposedmany drawbacks, such as slow adjustment, easily affected by human factors, and so on.So it cannot satisfy the increasing high precision demand of modern production processcontrol, not to mention to meet the other requirements with extra functions. Now, howto realize the metering pump of intelligent control in order to improve the accuracy offluid flow measurement and enhance the stability of operate adjustment has become thekey problem in the modern society. Therefore, this paper proposes a diaphragmmetering pump frequency control system which using fuzzy PI control technology.In this paper, the diaphragm metering pump is driven by the three-phaseasynchronous motor. On the basis of theory analysis of three-phase asynchronous motor,the mathematical model is established by using MATLAB/Simulink. Considering thediaphragm metering pump with the characteristics of delay and nonlinear, the fuzzy PIcontrol technology is selected to carry out the system simulation. The results show thatthe speed control system with the fuzzy controller has excellent peformances of starting,accelerating and speed regulation.In the system hardware design part general hardware circuit design principle isintroduced. And it detailed describea the dedign of the LCD display module, buttoncontrol module, electric current detection module, CAN communication module andIPM inverter module. The whole hardware design around the idea of high voltage electricity separation, so two boards are designed in order to improve the stability of thesystem, respectively for weak electric circuit design in the control board and highvoltage circuit design in the drive board.The software design part mainly introduces the initializations if IO module, ADCmodule, PWM module and CAN module. It detailed describes each functionalsubroutines, such as the key control program design, the external interrupt handlingprogram design, timing interruption program design, CAN communication programdesign and fault interrupt program design.
