According to processed enterprises requirements as aluminum ingots production in large physical distribution and large transports and large funds, the aluminum production resource management system is proposed based on indepth analysis of the basic characteristics of the aluminum production process. Main problems about the system are researched on the thesis.According to aluminum production organization model,production management and supervision model in china, an analysis and a description are made in detail about the production, management and planning process of the aluminium corporation. In order to optimizing the production and technology, improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing production, controling the management processes and the plan implementation, this paper proposes the software architecture, the functional module structures, the data structures and their relationships about the aluminum ingot production resource management system.In the ingot production process, the key skill points of the ingot production output and quality is the proportioning aluminum in addition to the control in aluminum electrolyzing cells. In response to the existing problems about proportioning aluminum process, the thesis develops the application research on the proportioning aluminum expert system based on knowledge inference. Through in-depth analysis of proportioning aluminum process with aluminum engineer, the proportioning aluminum rules and the knowledge base and inference mechanisms are established. Knowledge reasoning system about proportioning aluminum is realized with using VC++as front-end development platform and oracle database as the database backend. The proportioning aluminum Knowledge reasoning system is a subsystem (or called with aluminum professional workstations) of the aluminum production resource management system,and has been well applied in the field.The relevant issues which are involved in system realizing process are researched. The development model about application software systems is analyzed comparatively, and through thinking the application characteristics of the system it will be developed with the C/S and B/S modes in parallel mixed-mode cross. By means of comparing and analyzing several large database systems in openness, reliability, server engine, interactive, programmability and query language, and basing on the reality and the future development needs of the system, the oracle database is selected as the System database. In order to the system management, supervision and control, the system is divided into several groups of professional workstations, and each workstation group is composed of the corresponding professional workstations, and each professional workstation has its own dedicated stand-alone security mechanism. The method ensures application security and the simplicity of the implementation process.
