Along with the rapid development of the global economic and social livingenvironment of human material is greatly improved, but the accompanyingenvironmental pollution gradually intensified. In recent years, the sudden pollutionincidents, ecological damage phenomena occur, has been a serious threat to the humanliving environment. With the worsening of environmental pollution and exacerbate,various countries have been aware of the dangers of environmental pollution.Environmental protection has become a problem commonly faced by the globalcommunity. However, the traditional mode of Environmental Management has beenunable to meet the actual needs of today’s environmental testing, and an urgent need foran effective environmental monitoring system. Therefore, in order to protect the healthand life of human society, take strong environmental protection measures to achieveenvironmental monitoring and management, the usage of advanced technologies such ascomputers, networks, communication to create a sound dynamic environmentalmanagement information system has potential in the inevitable.Start from the environmental monitoring and management informationconstruction thesis for the information construction status and problems ofenvironmental management at home and abroad, demonstrated the significance ofenvironmental management system construction and the objectives of this thesis. At thesame time, the paper used in ASP.NET in C#, SQL Server technology theoreticalsystem. Through in-depth analysis and inquiry,Environmental monitoring andmanagement solution based on B/S structure. Based on the analysis of environmentalmonitoring and management support system, which launched a study of themanagement information system for environmental monitoring. The thesis first analyzesthe overall demand for environmental monitoring and management information systems,and data processing of environmental monitoring and pollution source informationmanagement needs are discussed, and non-functional requirements are discussed.Combination of systems involved in the C#development language, ASP.NETtechnology, SQL Server database technology, the system structure, function modules,program calls system, database, carried out a detailed analysis and design. Through thedeployment of the system network environment, image storage, and environmentalindicators for monitoring the implementation and optimization, which build a full-fledged multi-layer system of environmental monitoring and managementinformation systems.This study the environmental monitoring of management information systems,environmental monitoring, disaster forecasting and planning, environmentalmanagement more standardized, information technology and automation, not onlyreduce the burden of environmental protection work of the staff, but also a force toenhance the level of environmental management and efficiency, promote theconstruction of environmental protection departments at all levels of environmentalmanagement information, the more feasible the guidance value.
