IOT, which is short for Internet of Things, has become the third revolution in the area of information and technology after computer and Internet. In general, IOT can be deemed as an extension of Internet, which expands the scope of information communication from people to all kinds of things. It allows things to transform information in a convenient and efficient way whenever and wherever they are.Agriculture IOT, as an important application of IOT in the area of agriculture, gets strong support and attendance from government and industry. In2012, the number one document of PRC points out that "technology is the basic outlet of implementing the sustained stable development of agriculture and ensuring the long-term effective supply of agriculture product" and demands that "we should rely on the innovation drive of technology and support the modern agriculture construction". In this case, developing Agriculture IOT rapidly is an essential measure to do rural area work, prompt agriculture development and increase peasant incoming.To meet the urgent need of Agriculture IOT development, this paper suggests to construct the demo platform of Agriculture IOT, which consists of two parts:Front-end Agriculture Information Sensing System and Comprehensive Information Management System. The latter one is the study emphasis, of this paper and is made up of two sub-systems:Agriculture Information Transforming Sub-system and Agriculture Information Processing Sub-system.The design and implementation of Agriculture Information Transforming Sub-system. It uses upper computer PC as the data gathering center of Front-end Agriculture Information Sensing System, develops the upper computer program based on MFC and realizes serial port data exchange with Front-end Agriculture Information Sensing System and database exchange and Socket commands exchange with Agriculture Information Processing Sub-system.The design and implementation of Agriculture Information Processing Sub-system. The system development environment is built with WAMP, the main frame employs multi-tab blocking architecture, the data exchange uses the way of AJAX and the system works in the B/S model. Users can log in the sub-system through browsers and the system function is divided into three modules:user register and login module, agriculture information view module and agriculture information control module.By means of Comprehensive Information Management System in Agriculture IOT, users can view the topology graph in the interested area, the sensing chart of plants growth and the photo of plants. Also, users can adjust plants growth parameters in the interested area in time to make the environment suitable for the plants growth and inquire the circulate information of specific agricultural product. The successful implementation of this system can accomplish top quality&high production of agricultural products, guarantee food security and will be of great importance to improve agricultural modernization and informatization level.
