This article aims to explore new scientific and technological revolution the context of science communication audiences,with the point of view of philosophy of science and technology and communication studies, and reflect changes in contemporary science communication audience from a philosophical perspective.Science Communication is a pracical activity to disseminate the scientific knowledge, to improve the scientific literacy and rain the scientific spirit of the public. Throughout the history of the development of science communication, the science communication has an important role in promoting for the development of science and technology, social progress and comprehensive development of man. However, because of the presence of some negative factors and constraints, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect and the function of science communication in the process of science communication. Contemporary science communication for future economic growth and social development of a huge role, determine the related theories of science communication must keep up with the pace of the times, rapid development. Therefore, a careful study of the theoretical science communication for science communication running smoothly, the role that science communication for social progress and human development, with a strong driving force of great theoretical and practical significance.With the context of scientific and technological revolution, there has been a series of new features, because the Science Communication audience changed lot.Therefore, we must strive to improve the effect of science communication and promote science and technology into practical productive forces, which is crucial for the study of contemporary Science Communication audience. The paper is divided into three parts as follows:The first chapter mainly discusses the science communication and its audience, content, features, meanwhile combs the historical development of science communication, and overviews the factors affecting the proliferation of science communication, which are for the logical starting point of the Study. Chapter two is a comprehensive analysis of the basic characteristics of the contemporary audience of science communication, psychological characteristics and behavioral characteristics; meanwhile, summarize the impact of science and dissemination of results for various reasons from a philosophical perspective, which is reflected from content to form, phenomena to essence, the external to the internal conduct.The third chapter analyses science commucation factor of China,and raise a train of strategies that correspond to reality,finally realising science commucation career which can serve the socialist modernization.
