The Design And Implementation Of Small And Medium Enterprise Office Automation Management System Based On Ext JS And J2EE Architecture

With the development of social economy, computer and network technology application have already penetrated into the daily work of enterprises. The traditional office management has been unable to meet the requirements in transmitting and processing information rapidly for enterprise. Network office automation applications have solved this problem, improving the enterprise internal management, and enhancing the market competition ability.However, office automation system based on the traditional Browser/Server development model has many problems, due to the lack of good software design patterns and framework, during developing many systems, the pages not only have the presentation layer data but also business logic code, because of the HTML tag and code mixed together, it is difficult to separate a separate business model. This made the system maintenance very difficult and it is difficult to meet the growing demand of user changes. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional system, and according to the small and medium enterprises demand, this paper applied architecture design based on Web B/S, and analyzed the J2EE (Java2Platform Enterprise Edition) Web service system structure. On the premise of confirming the web layered architecture, this paper elaborated the two lightweight J2EE frameworks Struts2, Spring. The two frameworks were integrated according to the system layer structure and basing on the MVC design idea. The whole system was divided into the view layer, control layer, presentation layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer and in order to make up for the lack of the view layer,Ext JS front frame based on Ajax was researched, giving the system technical architecture of Ext JS+Struts2+Spring, and the XML file as persistent layer data, which not only made their advantages into full play, each doing its own job, greatly improving the efficiency of system development, but also mading the system have better expansibility and maintainability.This system gives the design and realization of office automation system in small and medium enterprises based on Ext JS+Struts2+Spring. This system has simple operating ability, beautiful interface, practical function and good user experience, making up for the deficiencies of traditional Web system.
