Pulse signal known as the pulse information in traditional Chinese medicine,contains a wealth of human physiological and pathological information. So accuratelydetect the pulse signal has great significant for predicting and diagnosing of humanphysiological and pathological conditions. However, the information of the traditionalpulse diagnosis is vague, not quantitative and strongly subjective, which limits theobjectivity of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, and is also the constraints of thepulse diagnosis applications and development. With the development of science andtechnology, as well as the penetration of biomedicine, mathematics, biological physics,computer technology and digital image processing and so on to the field of traditionalChinese medicine. At home and abroad,growing number of scholars began to payattention to the pulse of objective research and did a lot of researches on the detectionand description of the pulse signal. Pulse objective studies have shown that the pulsethrob not only contains the information of pressure pulsation, but also contains theluminal volume, blood flow velocity and vascular three-dimensional motion of avariety of information.This research simulates pulse-taking of traditional Chinese medicine from the angleof bionics, and puts forward a new method about pulse condition collection based onthe visualization, the authors developed a new type of scaffolding pulse conditioncollection equipment, using high resolution, high speed cameras in lightingenvironment acquisition characterization of the radial pulse grids film movement, thedevice has reached a preliminary purpose of collecting multi-dimensional and dynamicinformation. Therefore, we improve the pulse collecting device with the idea of visualmeasurement, improve the quantitative detection of sensor probe film and the bestmeasure of the pulse pressure, and use acquisition of pulse dynamic image to obtainthe pulse information signal. In this paper, we use three-dimensional motion analysismethod to describe film deformation of three-dimensional equations of motionaccording to the feature point matching method and the optical flow method, andanalysis pulse changes in three-dimensional space. Then established the model of thespatial displacement measurement principle, derive the formula of displacement of theprobe contact film grid node in the Z direction, and put forward three-dimensionalreconstruction methods of pulse image which based on the optical flow method, spatialdisplacement measurement, the grid area, image local entropy. we use MM-3pulse hand which produced by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as thesubject, and then achieves three-dimensional reconstruction of flat, slip, late, moistenthe four kinds of pulse. The results show that, we can get more objective informationof pulse characteristics from the three-dimensional images of the pulse.In short, using the pulse image sensor can obtain more comprehensive pulseinformation than the other traditional pulse sensors, and can achieve thethree-dimensional reconstruction of the image of the pulse,which provide new ideasand methods for the objectivity study and analysis of the pulse.
