The Design And Implementation Of Suzhou Vocational University Online Examination System

With the development of computer science, more and more colleges and universities use computer as an important modern teaching tools. To use computers as teaching aids has become the development trend of today’s major university teaching. This paper introduced the design and implementation of online examination system based on B/S structure, which combined with the teaching status of the Suzhou Vocational University. This online examination system included administrator module, teacher module, and student modules. It can achieve automatically composing exam papers, online examining, batching volume automatically by computer, querying candidates’results, downloading data, this is a practical online examination system.This paper introduced research status and existing problems of online examination system, development background of online examination system, superiority and significance of research. It described design ideas and implementation process of the system, include the design and implementation of database, the modules composition of the system, and the overall structure. Then this paper described the programming of the important part and the development process of modules. At last, the key features of the system were tested, and it’s proved that all the technology reached the initial design target.This paper designed an online examination which is based on B/S architecture, simplified the workload of teachers, reduced the examination pressure of students and the cost of teaching. It provided a reference for the education networked of the universities.
