Project Quality Management Information System Based On Intelligent Mobile Terminal Development Technology Research

In recent years, China is undertaking comprehensive infrastructure construction,Construction information is mostly inquired and delivered in the traditional expression way using text, table, and drawing, which is not direct and visual. Hence, it’s hard to achieve effective exchange and sharing of information. Mobile terminal is becoming a platform for information processing instead of a simple tool for conversation, as the arrival of3G mobile communication era. Functions of a smartphone have been gradually improved since the technique is rapidly development. This provides a new viewpoint for project information management.In this paper, we combined the process of high-speed railway construction quality management with advantages of a smartphone, and developed a "smart mobile terminal based construction quality information management system". The system realizes real time acquisition, inquiry, rapid issuance, centralized management and highly sharing. The main contents are summarized as follows:1、Platform analysis and overall design for "Windows Mobile based construction quality information system" and "iOS based construction quality information system", including choice of hardware platform, construction of software platform, structure and function design of the system.2、Building the smart mobile terminal based database models of construction quality information. Database structure was designed and constructed to integrate diverse multi-source quality information data into the construction quality information database, and ensure that data is consistent and completed with unique data source all databases get access to the central database.3、Design and implement of the smart mobile terminal based construction quality information management system. The information query module of major projects, information query module of quality acceptance standard and curing temperature information module were implemented according to characteristic of construction and management, as well as actual process of project acceptance. Development and application of the smart mobile terminal based construction quality information management system can promote traditional management techniques and methods of construction quality, as well as efficiency.
