Remote sensing for earth observation is means to get important the earth’s resources and environmental information, to obtain Data is not easy, management and handle of Measurement data has become particularly important. For measurement data of mass, complexity and diversity, for the data to regulate the management, preservation, query, download and modeling, simulation studies, this has become the necessary to apply research work for microwave remote sensing.Based on the urgency of the above demands, so I create this system platform for management data, the system is using Visual Studio2010as development environment, it has used ASP.NET technology, based on the browser/server mode, it makes as a website, through the web page we can easy access to Remote sensing data what storage in the database, it uses the SQL query statements to inquiry surface data, and add some corresponding treatment algorithm for SAR image. Which use the database management system to achieve the specifications, safety management for data, In accordance with conditions to deal with. The main function modules of the system platform include:user modules, indoor and outdoor data module, upload and download module, Microwave scattering model module, satellite data processing module. Which use ASP.NET to create interface for data management system; use database management system to create a database,which used to build Backstage data sources for data management platform; use ADO.NET technology to achieve data management platform toaccess, and related operations data table whinch store in the database.The paper detailed to introduce the theory and technology of this platform is built, then it describes the design process for the data management platform, and the specific achievement process. The system achieve directly create folders on the page, the folders are used to management the upload data, on the download page we can download the upload files, use the polynomial correction method to calculate the latitude and longitude of the SAR image, use the Gaussian projection calculation the distance between two points, and so on. The system has been tested, it has a strong operational and practical, friendly interface, strong maintainability, simple operation. It can achieve to improve the sharing and utilization of microwave remote sensing data, it helps to promote the standardization, the scientific management of mass measurement data, have an important role in the preservation and sharing of data.
