Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO) is a new type of measuring instruments with the development of digital technology in recent years. It is an Oscilloscope that use of ADC technology converts analog signal into digital signal and recurrence of storage. The signal conditioning channel and the triggering circuit are one of Digital Storage Oscilloscope most important constituents. Its performance’s quality had decided directly the oscilloscope surveys precision and scope.The theme of this paper is to design " Signal conditioning channel and triggering circuit design". Its primary includes signal conditioning channel circuit design, triggering circuit design, channel control circuit design and signal integrity analysis and system optimization design. In low cost situation, to completes the design of the100MHz bandwidth digital storage oscilloscope analog channel.Signal conditioning channel consists of attenuation network, impedance transformation circuit and amplification circuit. The measured signal after the processing of these circuits was sent to A/D to digital converts. For attenuating network and amplification circuit can work better, we should add impedance transformation circuit to this two circuits, which can transform high imputing impedance into low outputting impedance. The amplifying circuit is composed of the voltage control gain amplifying circuit and the output driving circuit, and the former control gain size, the latter enhances the channel’s driving load capacity.Triggering circuit consists of trigger source choice circuit, coupling type choice circuit and edge-triggered,video trigger circuit. The channel control circuit is the Digital Storage Oscilloscope analog channel’s control system, which accepts the exterior input information, then transforms this information into many control signals that controls the Digital Storage Oscilloscope analog channel’s work.
