Surface morphology is the effect of processing the surface quality and the functional characteristics of important factor. The surface topography measurement analysis and evaluation also mainly pauses in the2-D level. However, due to the limitation of the2-D display, we cannot have satisfied the requirements of industry for surface parameters. With modern photoelectric detection technology development, the topography measurement has become people’s point of research. Especially with the laser technology computer technology digital image processing technology rapid development, optical type with non-contact measurement in three-dimensional topography measurement is used more and more widely. As in the optical device precision instrument uses a lot of transparent medium, so how to get the morphology of transparent medium parameters becomes the morphology of testing a hot topic.In the first chapter subject mainly introduces the current main inside the morphology of test method and principle, of which mainly introduces projection bar line phase shift method and phase demodulation method. The second chapter of Michelson interferometer is discussed in detail, and introduces the experimental results of the light path chart and its experimental principle, that is the phase shift method, respectively for translation and rotation two kinds of method to phase shift. In the second chapter of the last, in order to verify took the image is correct or not, we introduce the simulation technology. In chapter3, to obtain the interference images we conduct a series of processing, from the remove noise, to the solution phase, to package, and then to3-D display.
