For static allocation of wireless spectrum, spectrum efficiency is low. In recentyears, the growing demands of wireless services, the demand allocation of spectrumincreasingly scarce. Cognitive radios by using dynamic spectrum allocation effectivelyalleviate the shortage of spectrum resources to a large extent.This paper by studying the topic of cognitive radio networks(CRNs) resourcemanagement in the framework of the game model for spectrum and power, mainlycompleted the following work:1. Noted that cognitive radio can opportunistic use of spectrum by the constraintsof the primary user system, improved cognitive users’ best bandwidth, discussedcorresponding cognitive radio spectrum sharing model. The primary user of the modelselects the optimal bandwidth pricing to gain maximum benefit. Competing andco-spectrum by bandwidth change request from the limited spectrum to gain maximumbenefit. The simulation results also prove the model can improve the spectrum utilization.2. Power control algorithm based on game model raises a new utility function,given its power control algorithm, and proved that Nash equilibrium solution’s existenceand uniqueness, simulation results show that the algorithm can meet all the users’ signalto noise ratio, at the same time has the relatively smaller transmit power, and finallyachieve the design purpose.
