In recent years, with the continuous development of broad band mobile communications, the rapid expansion of scale of network has brought the energy of base station rising fast. It has also brought enormous cost pressure and serious affected telecommunications operators’effectiveness and development. The research about the methods of next generation wireless telecommunication system saving energy resources is not only in line with energy-saving and green communication industrial development strategies and national sustainable development concept, but also has some practical significance.OFDM and relay are introduced as the two key technologies in the next generation wireless communication system, and several classical resource allocation algorithms in wireless resource allocation. This lays the foundation for performance comparison in energy-saving algorithm. First of all, bits-per-joule (energy-efficient) as the standard of system energy-saving, to pursuit the system energy saving effect optimization, this paper put forward a joint resources energy-saving allocation algorithm. The simulation results show that, compared to the combined resources of energy-saving allocation algorithm and a single resource allocation energy-saving algorithms, significantly improved the energy efficiency of the system. The joint resources energy-saving allocation algorithm is also superior to the classical greedy algorithm. In addition, the analysis and comparison of the system energy-saving effect between the next-generation wireless communication networks and traditional non-relay network shows that the former algorithm is better. Second, this paper employs the utility theory of microeconomics, to ensure the allocation of resources between users of a certain degree of fairness, and presents a based on the utility theory energy-saving resource allocation algorithm. The simulation results show that the system energy-saving effect of the based on the utility theory energy-saving resource allocation algorithm is superior to the classical algorithm of proportional fair algorithm. Finally, taking into account the system in pursuit of its performance is optimal, without considering the user cost, this paper introduces a price function to evaluate user cost, proposes a based on the price theory energy-saving resource allocation algorithm. The simulation results show that the algorithm improves the system user cost of services to ensure the fairness of transactions between systems and users from a certain degree, and between a more energy efficiency and user costs minimized it has got a good compromise effect.
