Internet-based Hypertension Medical Auxiliary Systems

Hypertension is a common disease in China. There are160million patients who are suffering hypertensive disease in our country and their age gradually develops towards younger. It is also a predisposing factor of a variety of vascular disease. Hypertension and its complications have following characteristics, for example they have a long-cycle treatment, a strong burst and are difficult to cute. Owing to this disease doesn’t immediately cause serious consequences, it is easy to be ignored. These factors will have a potential trouble to people’s physical health.Telemedicine is a new medical technology which appears in1960s. It can rationally allocate medical resources, reduce medical costs and enhance the ability of hospital healing. It is able to make a breakthrough in processing restrictions and respond to emergency situations, too. It generates on the basis of integration of communication technology, imaging technology, electronic computer and multimedia technology. With the development of mobile network technology and computer technology, continuous enhancement of the amount of network and computing power of mobile terminal and the leadership of post-PC era, mobile intelligent terminal has become a new choice of office and entertainment. Services which are originally created on a PC can be transplanted into a mobile terminal. Because of the mobile terminal’s portability and powerful processing ability, it can play an important role in the telemedicine service. It makes users participating in telemedicine in the mobile terminal become possible.This project aims at seeking to establish a telemedicine service which is based on mobile terminal. It can be used as a bridge between doctors and patients, as an auxiliary system that can help doctors make a diagnosis and as a user’s blood pressure file, so that hypertension can receive adequate attention and prevention.
