The Design And Implementation Of Data Collecting And Processing System Of AMT With Dual Clutch

In numerous Automated Transmission productions, AMT (Automated MechanicalTransmission) plays an absolutely important role. In the foundation of the structure of AMT,adding another clutch and some other control parts related, then it will be a AMT system withdouble clutches.AMT with double clutches not only inherits from the advantage of AMT suchas tight structure, light quality, small volume, fuel burning fully, pollution emissions bellinglow, the cost of production being low, in the meanwhile, as the result of the two clutches workalternatively, engine can transmit energy to driving wheel constantly by motility transmissionsystem. Because of this, It overcomes the interrupt of motility when shifting gear, decreaseimpassive feelings in the process of shifting gear, improves comfort and safety ofdriving.AMT with double clutches has two distinct advantage—one is improvement ofvehicle function, and the other is lowering cost of production.This paper aiming at the principle and characteristic of AMT with double clutches,researches and designs the collection and processing of signal which is needed in the controlprocess. According to the collection characteristics of different sensors and different controlobjects, I have designed the hardware circuit and software related of proportion pressure valve,proportion flow valve and other control valves. According to different collection objects, Ihave also designed hardware circuit and software of pressure sensors, temperature sensors,speed sensors and other different signal collection equipment. What’s more, I have designedcollection logic, processing logic and analysis logic according to different signal. After abovedesign has been carried out, using lately-develop collection analysis system controls everymainly module of AMT with double clutches, then analyses and processes the dates whichhave been collected. It has approved the validity of methods of analysis and processing byexperiment.This paper designs and realizes the total structure of data collection and processingsystem, analyses and designs the function of all modules elaborately. It is the summary of thefront period work of the whole AMT system, and is the foundation of the work of functionrealization and running and debugging of AMT system with double clutches.
