Design And Implementation Of Community Information Service Platform: IHOM

Community information service is at an unprecedented rapid rate of development, community economic become the leader in the new economy, its development and application of not only changing the way people work, business model, but has begun to change people’s attitudes and way of life, so that households convenience of life, flexibility and diversity to be maximized to meet the demand for a truly smart community information service platform, should be based on information technology-based, information services as a means to customer demand as the center, technology and culture for the soul, through tailor-service, professional service providers by the intelligence community as a guest produced distinctive different personalization system.This article will introduce a new generation of comprehensive community information service platform:iHOM, detailed description of its construction needs, program design, implementation, and implementation functions.Community information services for the object can be divided into two categories:community owners and community service, community service which mainly refers to the property company. These two types of user needs is iHOM the main source of demand. iHOM platform based on J2EE architecture design, full use of the MVC design pattern, and using the struts framework as a basis for open-source development framework. Operation of the database using the open source object-relational mapping framework hibernate, using object programming thinking to operate the database.iHOM core of the platform is the property management functions. This paper focuses on the functions of property management for the design and implementation detail.The specific implementation and practical application of iHOM have been some cases of maturity. This article will introduce iHOM with examples and implementation of the deployment method.
