SMT Reflow Soldering Machine3D Intelligent Software System

In recent years with the rapid development of Surface Mount Component(SMC) Surface Mount Device(SMD) and Suface Mount Technology(SMT), as an important part of the SMT technology the reflow soldering technology and equipment also get corresponding development. The virtual manufacturing technology for the reflow soldering machines is one of the particularly important technologys.Based on studying from the American Heller reflow soldering machine programming software the3D intelligent software system of SMT reflow soldering machine in this paper is developed with the object-oriented programming language Visual C++under the Windows operating system and combined with Microsoft SQL sever2000database and3D graphics interface OpenGL.This system includes reflow soldering CAM programming software and reflow soldering3D dynamic simulation software.Reflow soldering CAM programming software simulates the programming and parameter settings of the American Heller reflow soldering machine.It intuitively displays the setting process of temperature parameters and internal parameters of the reflow soldering machine,which can make users familiar with the reflow soldering machine working parameters.This software includes the temperature parameters setting module.system parameter setting module, security setting module,reflow monitoring module and programming prompt system which is convenient for users to operate. The core of this software is the temperature parameters setting module, which directly affects the correctness of the temperature curve.The intelligent temperature curve design technology is first used to intelligently design temperature curve according to the type of alloy and PCB. The programming prompt system includes the mouse hovering tip and blinking box tip technology, facilitating training.By using OpenGL Reflow soldering3D dynamic simulation software simulates the working process of the reflow soldering machines and the animation display of the temperature curve. It Includes reflow soldering operation module and reflow soldering OpenGL3D dynamic working process simulation module. The former adopted interactive3D animation technology which can make users understand the actual operation of the reflow soldering machine by watching operation animation and simulation operation process. The latter first adopted3D simulation technology.After finishing the initialization for OpenGL it imports the simulation model3DS files.And then it controls the movement of the simulation model with the OpenGL functions.The temperature curve will dynamically display with the movement of the PCB in the simulation model of the reflow soldering machines.which can find the mistakes of the temperature settings. The simulation data of the temperature curve is read from the SQL database. This software also adds rotating and scaling operation for the omnibearing observation of the reflow machine model.
