The Far-infrared Tunnel Cookies Oven Control System Design

With the development of our people’s daily life nowadays, biscuit, as the main product inthe field of snack food series, is growing a greater market demand, welcomed by more and morepeople. Biscuit has a lot of kinds, such as crisp sex cookies, hard biscuit, fermentation cookies,nonmetal double fudge sundae cookies and so on. Although there are so many kinds, they havethe same production processes, which are mainly the raw material processing, dough modulation,dough brake, cookie molding, cookie baking, cooling and packaging.Cookie baking is the most important link in the whole production，the control system of thecookies oven quality plays a decisive role. In the past, when the food factory products cookies,they apply such methods like steam heating, hot air heating and electric resistance heating, etc.,whose weakness is high energy consumptions, machining out the poor quality of cookies,directly affecting the taste of cookies; the control mode for artificial control, whose weakness islow efficiency, directly affecting the output of cookies. And therefore, in this paper, the field bus,far infrared heating, PID control, and other key technology are researched for analysis of basicprinciple and control requirements of the tunnel drying oven, adopting the method of combiningthe PLC and touch screen, and blending the advanced control technology to design a set ofcontrol system. It mainly has two parts: master control system and display monitor system,which adopt the serial communication way to complete the whole process of heating ovencontrol.Master control system takes the SIEMENS CPU226as the control core, combines withanalog output module EM235, focuses on completing the I/O signal and PC serial interfacesignals communication, and according to the internal logic programming, concentrates PLCoperation to handle, realizes the far infrared heating tube logic control.Display monitor system chooses the touch screen MT4523T programmable control terminals,adopts its man-machine interface EV5000editing software, designs the friendly heating inputparameters and operation condition monitoring interface, realizes the tunnel type electric ovenoperation process of the good human nature, intelligent.
