With the emergence of the Internet, people more and more deeply recognize the importance of information, and the demand for the amount of information is growing, the problems that need to be resolved are more complicated, further more contains a lot of uncertain and vague information, in order to reduce the cost of global calculation, the introduction of granular calculation. It can divide the complex problems into many easy-to-solve sub-problems, then we can get a better approximation program for the problem, however, compared with other theories, the Pan-systems Theory pays more attention to exploring the essence of objects, looking for the relation between things, and discovering the relation between changes and changes, which provides a basis for the essence of excavating granular. Therefore, this paper based on Pan-systems theory research the rough set model in granular calculation and fuzzy set model with the idea of granular.Firstly, this paper is based on Pan-systems similarities and differences concept and the idea of shape and shadow concept, then analyzes the granulation preliminary. Analyze the granular qualitatively and quantitatively from another perspective, and propose the similarities and differences between the principle decision granulate, then divides granular into absolute granular and relative granular two categories in the perspective of similarities and differences, then introduces the concept of the same degree and granular measurement, process granular with quantization analysis.Secondly, this paper preliminary analyzes the rough set model and the fuzzy model in the granular calculation from the perspective of Pan-systems theory, and apply the method of chart matching to the extracting of rules in incomplete information system.Finally, use Pan-systems theory to generalize subordinate relations functions in the fuzzy set, and analyze the fuzzy set theory by instantiation, contrapose the handwritten digital identity with a preliminary application research. In this paper, expand the existing research of granular calculation model, and look forwards the future of research prospect of the granular calculation model development of grain.
