The content of this paper is Emulation of Hollysys Control System. And the research apply to the development of the simulation system for power plant. The conception of Virtual DCS translation based on the DCOSE simulating environment has been introduced with the example of Hollysys MACS V1.1SP4patch3control system. To achieve the automatically translating from the real DCS data to simulation platform, a series of tools have been developed using Visual Studio.NET2003and used in practical engineering project of simulation system for2*330MW fossil power unit of Qingtongxiang aluminium power plant. The result has been proved that the relevant toolset can be used to translate the real DCS data into simulation platform with high accuracy. The following contributions are included:At the beginning of the project, research operating principle of the distributed control system and the series of MACS. Analyze the difference between the real DCS and virtual DCS which based on the DCOSE simulating environment. Organize the whole control system’s algorithm module which compares for the development. Write the referenced document.Then according the researching, develop the translation tools for MACS V DCS simulator, including the development for logics and graphics. The development progress include requirements analysis, input file format analysis, output file format analysis, framework, coding and the conclusion. The software for translation for logics is pay attention to the modules’linking, and the software for graphics make a point of the graphics’accuracy and operating smart. In the middle of the project, resolve a lot of difficulties, consist of DCOSE’limitations and the MACS’special character, enhancing the accuracy of the simulator. In the coding progress, attach importance to code reuse and algorithm optimization.So this paper perfectly completes the tools for the simulation of fossil power plant simulator, and makes a signification attempt for the similar studies.
