The Network Integration Of WLAN Based On WAPI Protocol And 3G

In recent years, the wireless mobile communication technology is developing rapidly.More and more people are using WLAN and 3G. With the user of mobile wireless network isgrowing everyday, 3G network can not bear the heavy network traffic, often make userinterrupt. For WLAN can make up for the deficiency of 3G network, so integration of WLANand 3G network can achieve advantages, provide users with high data transmission rate, widecoverage and low wireless network services cost, so WLAN and 3G network integration hasbecome a new generation of the development trend of wireless mobile communication. Sohow to make users access network convergence safely is the key technology of WLAN and3G network integration.This paper is focused on WLAN and 3G network security technology and the WLANand 3G network integration technology. Research and analysis the authentication process andsecurity holes of integration network security protocol EAP AKA , according to the securityholes of counterfeit user equipment attack and key material leakage safety vulnerabilities inthe EAP AKA protocol accreditation process, the network fusion process is introduced in ourown design security protocol WAPI. The WAPI protocol uses the elliptic curve encryptionalgorithm, has high safety performance. Through introducing WAPI protocol in the networkfusion process can improve the user access the integrated network security.In this paper we design and implement two systems: WLAN based on WAPI protocoland 3G access network , by tightly coupled integration on WLAN and 3G neural networkfusion, program the WAPI protocol and EAP AKA protocol, and the realize WLAN based onWAPI protocol and 3G network integration system. Through platform experiment scene, wetest the system, and the simulation results show that the system can achieve WLAN based onWAPI protocol users can safely access the 3G network, improves security of the integrationnetwork.
