This thesis introduces the relationship of the sensor between the input and output,obtaining the relationship between temperature and heat flux on each point of Kang copperfoil, and radiation heat flux values by blackbody radiation law, and center temperature by thelaw of the center temperature. Then we get The relationship between the central temperatureand the whole heat flux in he center of Hong copper foil and The relationship between sensorsignal and the whole heat flux from MATLAB.The circuit designed in heat flux sensor mainly collects the signal of sensor and heat sink.The difference between potential in the two nickel-chromium wire is the sensor signal, Thissignal is enlarged by the AD623, filtered by the OP2340, converted by the MAX187A/D. Thedelicated temperature of thermocouple process the chip MAX6675, from which we can getthe signal and it is the signal of heat sink. This signal is acted as digital signal and itsfunction is obtaining the real-time temperature from the heat sink. These two signal aretransmissed into microcontroller of AT89C52, and communicate with the PC through theinterface422 after being processed.By comparing the method of temperature-time integral with cylindrical samples radialthermal conductivity, we choose the method of cylindrical samples radial thermalconductivity to get thermal conductivity of Kang copper foil. We use simulation toolMATLAB to simulate the relationship between the temperature on each point of Kangcopper foil and heat flux.We discussed on Kang copper welding problem through three kinds ofschemes.
