ForCES based router is the router that have achieved the separation of control and forwarding components, it can perfectly satisfy the next generation network. In order to improve the overall performance of next-generation networks, this paper studied the ForCES router end-to-end communication system performance to guide the design of ForCES routers.This paper studied the transmission channel ForCFS TML (Transport Mapping Layer) communication structure. After getting SC’I’P as its transport protocol, a reference end-to-end system was established in which a two scheduling system was designed to control the data forwarding between CE and EE. As for the model, we obtain Data Envelope of an input of ON OFF Markov modulation based on network calculus. Then we get the performance of the two scheduling system from the performance of single SP and PGPS scheduling system using the vertical horizontal decomposition method. Then we get the dataflow model of SCTP congestion avoid control algorithm under a reasonable assumption. At last, we get performance of end-to-end system through solving the transmitter, the network and the receiver.Finally, we studied the theoretical results to guide and plan the design of ForCES router system.
