Implement the purpose of better management, effective and central management, more benefit.According analyzing the business operation and billing of the broadband network company, we will adopt the advanced three-play architecture of the current B/S mode. For support a large number of users can remote access, distributed access to the server, real-time authentication and billing, we use the Oralce8i database.This paper first described the development and the purpose of broadband management, significance and status of development billing system. Secondly, introduce currently popular authentication technology and system structure of network for the broadband management, design and development features, working principle, the system target. Chapter II describes the related technology and development platform, including:three-tier architecture, B/S model and several WEB database access technology, RADIUS protocol, Oracle8i database and so on. Chapter Ⅲintroduces the business requirement, and define which sub systems or functions should be included. Chapter IV and Chapter V introduce the details for implement functions, including:user management, query statistics management, system management, gateway management, billing management, account management, self-service management, network equipment and management sub-system.
