In this paper, we propose a strategy based on carrier aggregation and frequency hopping communications. The strategy approval frequency chart resource adjusts one degree allocation and chooses a carrier polymerization technique to carry on correspondence, and the carrier frequency progress in the correspondence jumps repeatedly. We first carries on system establishment pattern to the strategy, adopt a modest frequency chart to adjust one degree algorithm progress carrier allocation; investigated the anti-reconnaissance performance of communication systems,carried on theory analysis the mistake code rate of correspondence respectively under been followed and jam under the bigger condition,then as to carry on system class to imitate true analysis and explain adoption this correspondence strategy in the performance of anti-jamming capability with this. As a result express that the anti that adopts the carrier polymerization technical correspondence machining probes performance and anti-follow the jam performance will be farer high than unipole the correspondence strategy of the carrier. The paper also proposed the application of this policy may be the problems encountered and part of the solution.
