Total Word Analysis Based On Ontology Technology Application In The Biomedical Literature Research Hotspot Research

Ontology is the philosophical study of the nature of being, existence or reality as such, as well as the basic categories of being and their relations. Since the 1990s, the concept of ontology is introduced to the fields of artificial intelligence, knowledge engineering and information, in which ontology is taken as a knowledge organization system to describe and organize knowledge through the description of the concepts and relationship between them whin the fields. Co-word analysis method was first proposed by French bibliometric scientist with detailed description. Through in-depth research by scholars in the related fields, the scientific method was made available premise for wide use in many areas of quantitative the study. In recent years, the world has witnessed a rapid development in ontology-based technology research and its application, but the domestic aspects of this research both in theoretical research and empirical research, or in the technical research and it’s application are relatively backward. Compared with foreign research, there remains a big gap.First, this paper discusses the ontology concepts and technologies, medical theory and application of domain ontology, disease, ontology build, etc., made to the significance of AIDS as a case study; Second, as text data mining from the perspective of effective means to study the co-word analysis of the origin and principle, the use of co-word analysis of the general operating procedures; Third, the methodology of the study results, to use the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) keywords for MeSH Major Topic (main keyword) search, obtained PubMed database during the period from 2006 to 2010 papers published in 3334 as an example, the research focus of data mining exploration, which we achieved through self-compiled software, word frequency statistics, and build high-frequency words selected and co-word matrix correlation matrix and use SPSS software for multivariate statistical analysis, we derive the AIDS drug treatments, complications, psychology and other aspects of the research focus and build on this basis, ontology for AIDS hot Research, to obtain the expected results of our study; Finally, the paper summarizes the research work, and pointed out the disadvantages and future research directions.
