With the rapid development of Internet technology, WEB-based software application systems are also applied more widely. Based on information technology, small and medium enterprises to develop and improve their competitiveness to survive the inherent requirement.In the context of global economic integration, more and more SMEs recognize the importance of information technology. In the process of an SME using information technologies, B/S architecture for its ease of maintenance upgrades, distribution characteristics, strong business expansion and many other advantages, and in line with the future direction of information technology has become adopted by the enterprise information architecture. Object-oriented, cross-platform, security, robustness also makes the JAVA language has become the preferred WEB information systems development. In order to achieve faster information, especially SMEs, often using JSP MODEL 1 as a quick way to enterprise information. However, using this mode of development of information systems, due to the shortcomings of their own business they will bring some management troubles.The main content of this paper is to study JAVA reflection mechanism and detail the reflective technology, Commons packages, Spring and other related technologies. JRS Framework (Java Reflection Spring) is a web development framework which is implemented based on these technologies. This paper describes the design and implementation of this framework, details the core part of the implementation based on the code, explains carefully to use this framework and the characteristics. The final response to this framework has been verified and practice.JRS framework to achieve the main uses reflective technology to complete the business logic of the control and transfer; Commons package with the relevant class methods for page data and control package between classes; using Spring’s BeanFactory related technologies to achieve business of atomic services, registration and call in order to reduce and control the class coupling. Displayed in the foreground above, the JSP pages have also simplified the treatment, mainly associated with the control class, form a unified, facilitate the development and use.In the use of JRS framework, the control classes need to inherit the VOContainer class that allows a specific control class is focused on business, control and transfer; business services category need inherit the GenericService class, and register in the configuration file, which would allow developers to be more focused on service implementation.JRS framework has the following characteristics:1) The clear stratification2) JSP pages much easier3) The control class has a good readability and consistency4) The back-end business services, easy to upgrade and maintenanceBecause of its characteristics in these areas, JSR framework can help the majority of SMEs based on information technology rapidly, also has a good scalability at the same time, which will help improve enterprise management level and efficiency.
