Servo control system, also known as Servo system, takes the automatic controltechnology as the main body and combines with a multi-disciplinary system. So far,With the continuous improvement of the requirements of motor control technology,a SCM is increasingly unable to meet the control requirements, the development ofDSP technology just provides strong support for the advanced control theory andimplementation of complex control algorithms. Just the development of DSPtechnology provides a strong support for the advanced control theory, and complexcontrol algorithm.Firstly, from small power servo system SKJ-Ⅱ, this paper makes a briefintroduction of the various components of the system, the working principle, andthen establishes the various aspects of the mathematical model. Take theTMS320LF2407A DSP of the TI as controller to complete system hardware design.The hardware circuit mainly includes a power supply circuit, detection and controlcircuit, display circuit. According to the characteristics of all circuit core chips, thesystem hardware design and debugging are finished, with some of the importantcomponents of the parameter calculation.Secondly, design the system software. System software mainly completes theacquisition and processing of system data, the design of control algorithm, and theinformation display. The system software is the compile software based on CCS3.3,uses C and assembly language to modular programming. Design three main modules:the initialization process module, the main program module and the interrupt serviceroutine. Different function modules are for independent programming. Call eachother only needs some rules.Finally, conduct a comprehensive debugging for the entire system, complete thehardware and software debugging of the entire system. Get the response signal for aSpecific given digital signal, and do real-time display on a PC and the control circuitdigital tube display. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize PID parameter, inorder to obtain the best parameters and achieve the purpose of optimization of thesystem.
