The topic is researching on the airborne 3D Terrain Mapping scanner imaging lidar, based on the application of the 3D Terrain Mapping technology.Compareing with several Terrain Mapping technology, the paper describes the advantage of the airborne 3D Terrain Mapping technology. Then the paper expounds the aim and significance of the researching on the three-dimensional landform matching scan image laser radarThe paper explains the laser radar theory., and describes the atmosphere transfers characteristic of the 1064nm laser ,the reflect characteristic of the target and the background, then utilize NEI gets the direct exploring system pulse laser radar SNR equation. With experimented, the equation is easier for the application of the fact projext.The paper designs a project of the scanning imaging radar system which is applied on the airborne 3D Terrain Mapping system. The laser radar adopts the single pulse laser direct exploring system, timing on the raising edge.Taking the object side scanning method, finally make a scanning imaging laser radar prototype machine, and with experimented, achieve distance measure precision±2m, angle measure precision 3′the machine achieves the technology index of the high precision interiorly.The innovations in the paper is that choose the design of the laser field of view(FOV) scanning imaging technology, Compareing with the general Terrain Mapping mode,the laser field of view(FOV) scanning imaging technology can get the 3D Terrain Mapping. The advantage of the design is that can collect more Terrain data information which is applied to the Mapping.The paper invents a method which is about the laser radar scanning uniformity testing, then make a testing equipment about the laser radar scanning uniformity testing, resolves the difficult problem of the laser radar scanning uniformity testing. And the paper invents a method which is about the laser radar simulate imaging on the ground, then make a equipment about the laser radar land simulate imaging. With testing and experimenting, successfully get the image of the building target, mountains, airdrome run way, offing by the laser radar.At the same time, the topic does the testing of the laser radar environment adaptability, collects a lot of experiment data, knows the influence connection of the laser radar imaging distance in difference condition.The testing and experiment results show that the laser radar design by the paper is satisfied the request of the airborne 3D Terrain Mapping.
