With the development of computer simulation system , we can assess defensive weapons systems performance confrontation in the Electronic Warfare efficiently and exactly. We can change the various parameters in the the process of Electronic Warfare simulation to test weapons and electronic equipment’s performance, so that we can have different variety of situations and acquire comprehensive types of data. Thus computer simulation system greatly shortens the streches and expenditure of development.Most similar systems are based on simulation platform such as Vega Prime. These methods are high efficiency and easy to use. But Vega Prime is expensive and lack of flexibility,besides, it demands higher performance on the hardware and is not conducive to the promotion of the system. Another method which is based on Direct3D and OpneGL is relatively lower efficiency development. We do a lot of research on three-dimensional visual simulation technology in this paper. We focused on the overall framework of the OGRE graphics engine and related technologies and use open source engine OGRE to design and implement three-dimensional visual simulation electronic countermeasures system. We kept balance among development costs, operating results and the development efficiency. We explored the principles of electronic countermeasures and electronic warfare strategy, and analyzed the chaff interference, smoke interference, infrared interference, the movement of combat units and features to enhance the fidelity of three-dimensional visual simulation. Then, we analyzed collision detection in the three-dimensional scene,and took a deeper study in the collision detection method based on bounding volume hierarchy, then proposed and implementefor collision detection algorithm for Electronic Warfare Simulating combined with OGRE graphics engine and model the characteristics of the organizational structure.To sum up, we developed three-dimensional ocean simulation which is a difficult problem in the three-dimensional environment. We learned and analyzed past researches and then proposed a low-cost sea model LOSM. Finally we designed and implemented sea surface simulation algorithm based on LOSM and acquired good experimental results.
