With the development of integrated circuits technology and manufacturing engineering,producer can integrate more complex functions modules of IP(Intellectual Property)into a single chip, as the same time, the modules be integrated highly and the scarcity of testing resources,making the test of SoC (system-on-chip) has become more complex. IP cores have different sizes and test ports,but the numbers of test bus is determinate.It is necessary to test IP cores synchuronously for short test times,thus it is important how to assign IP cores reasonably.Taking obtain the shortest test time of chip as a breakthrough point, problem of co-optimization for SoC test is studied in this thesis and a solution based on Cloud and Quantum Evolution Algorithm is devised.In this thesis, the SoC test scheduling is studied first, on this basis, the mathematical model of SoC test scheduling is analyzed deeply based on existing Quantum Evolution Algorithm for reducing the SoC test time. Quantum Evolution Algorithm has excellent robustness and parallelism because its unique coherence and superposition,it can improve the optimization of algorithm and the searching speed of optimal solution,since Quantum Evolution Algorithm useing the one-direction quantum gate update operations is easily trapped into local optimal solution.In order to solve better the―premature‖problem of algorithm,by research the new theory of Cloud model,according to cloud droplets randomness and stable tendency in cloud model to improve Quantum Evolution Algorithm, a new Cloud Quantum Evolution Algorithm is devised in this thesis , and the mathematical model of SoC test scheduling is established based on the new algorithm.as the same time, in order to achieve better collaborative optimization that test time and test power of SoC, research for optimizing traditional model of power testing .Finally, taken ITC’02 Test Benchmarks circuit as test objects, the results of simulation experiments show that Cloud Quantum Evolution Algorithm has better search capability and could get shorter test time than other algorithms for SoC test scheduling optimization problems.
