The Real-time Clearness Of Degraded Industrial Television Image Based On The Contrast Enhancement

Video monitoring products has reached the fields of production and life of monitoring system due to the rapid development of CCTV video monitoring system, the practical requirement also promoted step by step. But in bad weather conditions, CCTV video image contrast can be reduced, resolution decreased, making the image looks punch-drunk, collected to the whole system application that had a great negative influence. Therefore, the real-time clearness of CCTV dropped image has great practical significance.This paper is to realize the clearness of fog degraded images through enhancing the contrast of the degraded image of CCTV. The research of the algorithm of the clearness of degraded images is mainly from the image enhancement and image restoration. The main research work points three aspects:(1) Analyze the fog degraded images of CCTV from the atmospheric scattering model, and to lay a theoretical foundation for the algorithm of subsequent image processing.(2) Through the image enhancement and image restoration to research the algorithm of the clearness of degraded images. This paper firstly analyzes the image enhancement and restoration of classical algorithms, such as histogram equalization, gray transformation, wiener filtering, median filtering, etc, and expounds the defects of classical algorithm. Then, analyze the improved algorithm considering the real-time factor. Make simulation experiment for these algorithms and observe the simulation results and comparison.(3) In the last part of the paper, analyze the clearness of degraded images from the dynamic Angle based on the analysis above of the static degradation in image processing algorithm and the basic theory of the enhancement of digital video in recent years. And seek method to improve the resolution of degraded video images from the Super-resolution theory.
