Since the founding of the PRC, Yunnan Province continue to increase investment in education finance, the rapid development of education. However, the the interval education around the pace of development and growth levels have significant gaps, which need our urgent attention. Yunnan Province as the largest province of western China, the imbalances of educational resources is more serious, states and municipalities in the province of economic, political, cultural, uneven development will inevitably lead to a serious imbalance between investment in education in the region, this imbalance is bound to lead to inter-regional inequality of educational development opportunities.Narrowing of the City between the distribution of educational resources gap, promote educational equity between regions. This article is the analysis of the status quo and the reasons for non-equilibrium configuration of educational resources in Yunnan Province, and proposed the existence of the problem. Through the use of statistical description of spatial autocorrelation analysis of the relevant factors and variables intrinsically linked. And prove approaching exist based on the analysis of the type and impact of educational resources in the area of non-equilibrium configuration process aggregation mechanism. This article focuses on spillovers through to construct Yunnan educational resources theory of non-equilibrium configuration, the basic assumptions of the proposed allocation of educational resources studies, analysis, convergence effect, demonstration effect, aggregate demand model of educational resources and spatial econometric model empirical analysis, education resources in non-equilibrium configuration theoretical hypotheses to an empirical test. This article main conclusions:1、the impact of the allocation of educational resources in Yunnan Province was expanding operator, concentrated or more core characteristics of the different regions of educational resources significantly different,"the rich are getting richer and the poor poorer the" non-equilibrium situation.2、through the analysis of the spillover effects of educational resources in Yunnan Province configuration found the economy gathered financial aggregation and population migration to gather resources for education space are positive and significant.3、the allocation of educational resources process exists significant spatial autocorrelation, exacerbated by the convergence of the education allocation of financial resources, that is to speed up the process of narrowing the educational financial resources for regional differences.Space by assuming the existence of self-correlation, exacerbated by the convergence of education fiscal resource allocation, but also speed up the process of narrowing the differences in the educational financial resources between regions. Empirical test draw the relevant conclusions of the balanced development of educational resources in Yunnan Province, and put forward policy recommendations and limitations of this article.
