The Study Of Rural Social Relationship In The Background Of The Current Land System

The establishment of the household contract responsibility system in the rural areas has changed the peasants’ state of relying on rural collective land operation situation passively. The right of land management and transfer rights can be guaranteed by the system too. At the same time, the implementation of a series of favorable land policy reduces the famers’ burden, which improves the enthusiasm of the famers’ land operation and riches the peasants’ pockets. But the fact that we can not ignore is that the land system as the indispensable system construction in the rural society influences farmers’ income and provides an interactive platform between different groups, inevitably, the result of the game contains two respects, one is that it can bring about the uneven distribution of land resources, the other is that the game can weaken the land financial power of village community. These factors have an impact on the traditional pattern of interpersonal relation which is based on blood kinship and the relationship pattern of different rural society internal bodies.This paper is based on the above theoretical reflection which guides the interview survey in a general agricultural village for two months, based on this,I select different background of peasant as the interview objects,through the semi-structured interview, I try to explore the relationships between different objects in the rural society. In order to reveal the internal logic of the current land system influencing the change of social relationship, I analyze the land system how to change the relationship between different rural objects by combining the major events that took place in N village,through this way, I make these conclusions:First, the current land system provides the definition of the right of land management and transfer which strengthens farmers’ desire for land and has an impact on the choice of management of the land, therefore, the idea of careful calculation and strict budgeting increasingly become the norm in exchanges between villagers. At the same time, the initiative to help others is diminished significantly so that the pattern of relationship between villagers is inclined to be unstable,materializing and beneficial. Second, at the background of the current land system, a large number of peasants still lack the wide channel to participate in the practice of land resource allocation. Through this process, the right of the freedom of land circulation is still in the hands of village carders indirectly, which increases the risk of the imbalance problem of the land resource allocation. Detrimentally, the above situation deepens the gap between the village carders and peasants and causes the disharmonious relationship between two sides. Last, the land system provides the system guarantee for the possession of land resources so that it diminishes the number of land resources possessed by the rural collective, which influences the development of the construction of communal facilities and public activities. However, this is the tie between the villagers and rural community, the diminished participation in the communal activities can weaken the cohesion between the two sides inevitably.
