The rapid development of Internet-based new media, spawned a new social life scenes, but also changed the traditional social structure and social behavior. Interpersonal communication in the real world the most basic feature is the presence of the body, however, under the new media environment interpersonal body absent and anonymous characteristics, increase the difficulty of exchanges expected, prompting many new in the field of exchanges changed. Page a time when the end of the20th century, the study of trust gradually become a school of monographs endless stream of countless papers. However, China’s trust of a late start, lack of systematic, relatively few studies of college students interpersonal trust in the network or the new media environment. This study on the basis of previous studies, the form of interviews, come to trust status and factors influencing college students in the new media environment, and motivation theory and policy theory, focusing on the effects of college students in the new media environment interactions motivation, consciousness, and the state has adopted laws and regulations on Students’ Interpersonal Trust.The study found that in the new media environment Students’ Interpersonal trust is not high, college students in interpersonal trust in the new media environment characteristics showing a high degree of trust of high-risk events low confidence and low-risk events. Students in the new media environment compared with the reality of interpersonal trust pay more attention to the affair rather than the relationship between new media environment servant interpersonal anonymous and body absent state contributed to the expediency and deviant behavior of college students in the exchanges, so the new media own environment, the quality of the students and the state of new media or network policy will affect interpersonal trust to college students.In short, compared with the real environment, the new media environment its own unique characteristics, the long-term effects of the Students’ Interpersonal trust in the new media environment, in addition to improving the students’ new media literacy, as well as to improve the new media technologies, more importantly, also to pay attention to the norms and constraints of the system, up to defuse the risk of trust from the system, the introduction of a series of relevant laws and regulations and new media, and step up publicity efforts to promote college students physical and mental harmony, and the harmonious and orderly development of the new media environment.
