Analysis On The Utilization Of Spotrs Resources In Universities Of Changchun City

The track and field venue is the sports center of Colleges anduniversities. It is an important place for sports and daily exercise tocollege students. The Chinese people achieved the century dream due tothe2008Olympic Games in China. China will also grow up to a sportspower from a sports nation. Fitness is becoming the mainstream topic.The track and field venues in universities are not only the material basis,but also the basic conditions of the sports socialization. If there are nosports venues and facilities, sports can not be conducted. The athleticfield in university is a better place, for the relative facilities of track andfield venue is comparatively complete. The principal contradiction ofrestricting the sports socialization development in China is thecontradiction between the insufficient of social sports facilities and the growing sport demands of the masses. So the opening of the track to theoutside world has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper, we analyzed the field venue management anddevelopment of Changchun colleges through field investigation method,literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, etc. Weinvestigated the national fitness situation from the open policies andregulations of National Stadium. Meanwhile, we applied the Analysis andthe questionnaire to the universities of Changchun. At last we found someproblems existing in the use of Changchun’s college tracks: unevendistribution of site, the low utilization rate, the low per capita rate, thelack of enforcement of professional managers and the managementsystem is not enough, the exercisers’ own inertia weather and difficult toopen the venues completely. In the process of opening up, there is acampus security problem, equipment loss and maintenance funds. Finally,three suggestions are proposed in view of the present situation and development path in Changchun City track: government leading,departments cooperating, and jointly promote the track and field openingto the outside world; consummate the track and field facilities, enhancethe protection system, make opening time and charging standardsreasonable, utilize the college track and field site resources to carry outpublic fitness activities, so to improve the influence of colleges anduniversities. Make full use of the resources of athletic field to set up alegal, efficient market of sports consumption, push the management andopenness of track and field venue to the whole society, put the operationand management of sports into industrialization in the true sense, so thatwe can provide better service for teachers and students. At the same time,we can provide services for the community fitness; realize themaximization of social benefits and economic benefit, thus to furtherpromote the construction, track management, development andsustainable development of track and field venue in colleges and universities of Changchun City.
