The Internet has penetrated into every aspect of the society, more and more people are spending more and more time using the network. Since the Internet landed at China, students have become the main army and the daring vanguard of using the network. The questionnaire survey method is consisted of the paper questionnaire and network questionnaire. Questionnaires and input data, using SPSS16.0statistical software to analyze the data of questionnaire, the main Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, finally proposed hypothesis concludes. This paper draws the following conclusions and a regression equation of the relationship between network behavior and mental health:(1) Net age and mental health in somatization level have a positive correlation, and terror level have a negative correlation, at the0.05level has significant;(2) The average weekly Internet times and mental health in other dimensions have negative correlation, at the0.01level has significant, average weekly Internet times and mental health of the other9dimensions as well as the total scores have no significant correlation;(3) The average weekly Internet time and mental health in each level has no significant correlation;(4) The purpose of the Internet and mental health in scores of somatization, obsessive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, other, total level at the0.05level has significant negative correlation, negative correlation of the individual items in the0.01level can also reach significant level;(5) The main use network function scores and mental health at all levels and total scores have no significant correlation, but the sub-item of network function and mental health dimensions exist significant correlation;(6) The network addiction of tolerance, interpersonal and health studies, compulsive, withdrawal, salience, problems in time management of all levels and mental health in all dimensions in the0.01level have significant positive correlation, but some projects present higher positive correlation, for example, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and withdrawal, hostile and compulsivity and Internet addiction and mental health among total scores have higher positive correlation;(7) Mental health score=74.271+15.995×sex+14.076×all kinds of information services+9.484×network game+3.339×compulsivity+2.154×withdrawal+1.841×interpersonal and health studies-9.298×the source of student-8.475×email7.809-3.917x learning knowledge and skills-5.839×leisure entertainment-3.917×network telephone-2.845×to meet like-minded friends.
