In the21st century, university students, the newborn of the network media world, have already become one of the strong forces participating in the network media. Over the years investigation results show that young people from age18to24, which is obviously higher than other age groups, occupy the dominant position in the network main body, in which the university students become the indispensable constituent naturally. The frequency of words "surf on Internet" ranks first in university students’ daily life. As the specific knowledge group in the specific age, the university students’ acceptance capability to new emerging things, especially to the Internet, is obviously higher than other age groups."Relevant investigation discovers that100%university students have surfed on Internet,4%of which surfed every day,70.3%occasionally,27.3%frequently, and only0.4%of university students did not surf on Internet".60%of respondents indicate that the network has already become the main source to gain information". The series data and investigation results all indicate that the modern university life is closely related with the network, which has become one of the most important tools for university students to gain knowledge and information as well as tool for leisure and entertainment. Based on the current situation, the university students’ outlook on life, values, worldviews and so on influenced by the network to varying degrees, and this kind of influence expand constantly in both depth and breadth. This is because the Internet has its own characteristics of diversity, openness, interactive and comprehensive, etc, which provide unimpeded communication channels and opportunities for university students. But it is well known that the Internet is "a double-edged sword", which not only provides the bountiful resources and information, as well as convenience for the university students’daily life, but also have negative influence, which is revealing gradually. Currently, the inadequate and incomprehensive Internet-related laws and regulations as well as the improvement-needed internet supervision and management technical enable everybody express their unique perspectives freely without fear of consequences and penalties, which, to a certain extent, may intensify university students’network moral misconduct situation, leading to our re-examine and re-think of the university students’network conduct. Based on the above elaboration of background and reason, the author objects to carry out thoroughly and in-depth analysis on the current situation and reason of university students’network moral misconducts’and propose feasible countermeasures for comprehensively construction of the university students’network moral.This article is divided into five chapters. First chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces research related background, significance, present situation and so on; Second chapter will define relevant concepts related with university students’moral misconduct, which aims to make readers understanding the concepts of network moral and network moral misconduct. Third chapter will mainly narrate the present situation of university students’network morals and the main existing problems; fourth chapter will analyze the main reasons for the existing problems and negative influences. The last chapter was discussed how to solve the problems of students’network moral norms, which is also the most important and key part of the whole article and the author will carry out in-depth analysis on this subject.
