Comparative study of Chinese and foreign language textbooks mostly concentrated inChina, Japan, or the mainland and Taiwan, mainland China and Hongkong compared,Sino-South Korean language textbook comparison research less. In fact, South Korea intraditional culture more than any other nation and Chinese modern culture is similar, but withChina very different state, it can provide us to reflect on how to inherit the traditional cultureto provide effective reference. Therefore, this paper chooses, Korean highschool Koreanlanguage textbook and Chinese highschool chinese textbook both in use of the widest, fromthe traditional culture is the embodiment of its comparative analysis.Based on Dewey’s empiricism education and other educators of the experientialeducation theory, by finishing the predecessors on the traditional culture and the Chineselanguage education of various propositions, in the daily life as the center summed up theanalysis and comparison of various elements of the need. The method of analysis of culturalelements from the education goal, thecontent of the text, exercise after class, to insert thepicture of the two sets oftextbooks are compared and analyzed. The Chinese textbookpubished by the People’s Education Presson how to better reflect the traditional culture in theaspects of improvement were proposed.
