According to the2010’s latest statistics, the floating population of Chinese is about221million. It is100million than that in2000, and the floating population relocation is showing a trend of "family" increasingly, which will lead to the increasing number of migrant workers’ children. In recent years, our country has adopted a series of education policy to solve the education problem of the migrant workers’ Suiqian children. And this problem has been greatly improved, but it’s difficult to solve the development of the migrant workers’ children completely. This special group has a lot of differences, the differences in family environment, in living environment, in leisure life, in psychological conditions and so on. This paper aims to study from the point of the differences, concerning the universal differences between the children of migrant workers and the local city students. And then go on researching to discover their individual differences, after that, teachers implement differentiated education so that each migrant worker’s child get a better development. In other words, through the study of their differences, teachers can propose some good development strategies to help each migrant worker’s child.The first chapter of this paper is to clarify the research background of the differences of the migrant workers’ Suiqian student. All students has individual differences, teachers should know their individual differences and promote the development of each student. New educational philosophy——Inclusive Education and the National Institute for Educational Planning pointed out that students should enjoy equal educational opportunities. It has great educational significance if the migrant workers’ children can get good developments. As a special group, if they get healthy, all-round development, they will be qualified builders. If they can’t get healthy, all-round development, they will be bad for the development of our country. In addition, in this chapter, I also design the research of this article. In the second chapter, I compared the migrant workers’ children to the local city students and find the differences of the migrant workers’ children. In the third chapter, I research the problems during the development and the reasons of the problems. In the fourth chapter, according to the features of the migrant workers’ children, I brought up some teaching strategies in order to promote the migrant workers’ children a greater measure of development. One of the strategies is to start mental health education, including emotional education and psychological counseling values. Another strategy is to optimize personality education, including the education of life and value, the education of the appreciation and some school activities. Otherwise, strengthen the home-school contact, parents will emphasis on family education. In this way, students can get help from their teachers and their parents and they will have a better life. Implement difference teaching in class, have a comprehensive and dynamic check to find the differences among the students, develop and implement parallel teaching plans and individual teaching plans, provide the cognitive premise ready and stimulate learning motivation, develop challenging teaching objectives and implement equality, harmonious learning environment.
